Overview
Resideaze is published by TCraft Apps LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy covers two separate things: the Resideaze mobile app, and the resideaze.com website. They are treated differently because they work differently — the app collects nothing at all, while the website collects the information you choose to send us through a form.
The App
All data you enter into the app — homes, rooms, items, tasks, vehicles, contractors, photos, and completion history — is stored exclusively on your device in a local database. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of it. The app has no account system, no analytics, and no server to sync to.
The app does not send your data anywhere. It opens external links only when you tap something that clearly does so — a contractor’s phone number, email, website, or address, or a link to this site — and those requests go to the app you chose, not to us.
Your Data Stays Yours
Your information leaves your device only when you deliberately export it. The app’s export produces a single backup file containing your data and photos, which you then choose where to send or store. We never receive a copy.
Because there is no cloud copy, you are responsible for your own backups. If you lose or reset your device without a recent export, that data cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
The Website
The website collects personal information in one place, and it is entirely optional:
- Contact form. If you send us a message, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you submit so that we can reply.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Third-Party Services
The app integrates with no third-party services.
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, and information submitted through the forms above is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Google processes this data on our behalf as our hosting provider and is subject to its own privacy terms. No other third party receives it.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, the app uses your device’s local notification system to remind you about upcoming maintenance and expiring warranties. These are generated and delivered entirely on-device — nothing is sent through a server, ours or anyone else’s.
Analytics & Tracking
Neither the app nor the website uses analytics services, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies.
Data Retention
App data lives on your device for as long as you keep it, and deleting the app deletes it. Contact form messages are kept until they are no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@resideaze.com. Since the app stores nothing on our servers, such a request concerns only what you have sent us through this website.
Children’s Privacy
Resideaze is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
